Omega CHB is nationally licensed to clear freight at all airports and ocean ports with the United States. We have successfully imported firearms into the United States. The importation of firearms into the United States is complex and requires three applicable statutes: the Gun Contral Act of 1968 (GCA), the National Firearms Act (NIFA), and the Arms Export Contral Act (AECA). Omega has successfully navigated these rules and clearance to help hasten the process.
